To start the day off right, enjoy a glass of this ultra-greedy and energetic smoothie. The sweet taste of figs and the creaminess of banana are a real pleasure on the palate.


For 4 glasses

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 figs
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
  • cinnamon powder (optional)


Peel and cut the bananas into pieces. Cut the figs and take the pulp.

Put them in a blender with the juice of the half lemon, the yogurts, the milk and the syrup. Mix until you have a smooth and frothy mixture.

Spread in 4 glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
