When roast chicken marries with orange and dry reasons ... it gives an easy recipe and too good!


  • 1 small endive
  • 100 g roasted chicken
  • 1 orange
  • 20 g raisins
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt
  • chive.


Cut the orange in half. Swell the raisins in the squeezed juice of the half-orange. Peel the remaining half-quarters quickly and cut into cubes. Cut chicken into strips. Wash the endive and cut it into slices. Drain the grapes and keep the juice. Mix the juice with the yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix the chicken, the grapes, the endive and the orange. Serve with yoghurt sauce and chives.
